My name is Luna and I am a fourth year student at the University of Waterloo in Canada. I am reaching out to you because I was blown away by your organization's successes and I am very keen on learning more about your initiatives.

To give you some context, I am working on a capstone design project looking to implement a reusable container program in Banff National Park (my hometown). Currently, I have gotten support from our municipal government and I am looking to get businesses onboarded very soon. In doing so, it would help tremendously to learn directly from your successes and share them with the key stakeholders in Banff. In particular, I would love to know more about how you are measuring your impact, your opinions on creating a level playing field for reusables, and why visibility matters.
